Our journey began with a simple observation: in the rush of the modern world, the authentic flavours of our childhood were being replaced by factory-made shortcuts. The “danedar” (grainy) texture of real ghee, the vibrant green of sun-dried herbs, and the spicy kick of a sun-matured pickle were becoming harder to find. We decided it was time to bring those heritage flavours back to the modern kitchen.
Our Philosophy: The Wisdom of Yesterday
We don’t believe in “fast food.” We believe in Slow Food.
Our Ghee isn’t made in industrial vats; it is slow-simmered in small batches until the milk solids caramelise, just as it has been done in Indian households for centuries.
Our Superfoods, like our air-dried Moringa, are never subjected to harsh industrial heat. We let the air and shade do the work, preserving the vital nutrients that nature intended.
Our Pickles are a tribute to the Rajasthani sun, using traditional curing methods and cold-pressed oils rather than artificial vinegars and preservatives.
